When measuring the battery voltage, it is evident that the voltage is low, and the batteries are not being charged.

- Verify the input voltage of the automatic rescue board, ensuring it is 12V AC. If the input voltage is found to be low, resolve the issue causing the voltage drop.

- After confirming the input voltage, check the charging circuit output on the automatic rescue board by disconnecting the battery and measuring the direct current (DC) voltage between the terminals ‘B+’ and ‘B-‘ on the automatic rescue board's battery connector. It should read 12.7V DC. If there is no voltage, bring the automatic rescue board for maintenance at one of the company's service centers.

- Ensure the battery is connected correctly, with no reversed terminals, and check the integrity of terminals and connecting wires. If the wires and connections are confirmed to be sound, replace the battery with a new one.

- If the preceding steps are executed and the issue persists, kindly reach out to our technical support team for assistance.

In the event of a power outage, the automatic rescue board fails to perform the rescue operation, and the ‘STATUS’ LED flashes intermittently.

- This situation indicates that the elevator is stationary on a floor or there is an issue with the stop magnet or its connections. A bridge should be created on the automatic rescue board at its magnet terminal between ‘CM+O’ and ‘MAG’. Test the automatic rescue operation again, and if the rescue process is not completed, the automatic rescue board must be brought in for maintenance at one of the company's service centers.

- If the automatic rescue board is functioning and the rescue operation is successful, inspect the connections of the stop magnet and its relay, ensuring they are correctly connected as per the automatic rescue board's user manual. Address any identified connection errors.

- After confirming the correctness of the connections, examine the terminals connecting the magnet and relay in the elevator control panel and the traveling cable. Replace any damaged terminals.

- If the wiring integrity is confirmed, test the stop magnet using a multimeter both in front of and away from the stopping strip. Replace the magnet if any damage or instability is detected in its performance.

- If the preceding steps are executed and the issue persists, kindly reach out to our technical support team for assistance.

In the event of a power outage, the automatic rescue board fails to perform the rescue operation, and the ‘RESCUE’ LED flashes intermittently.

- This malfunction indicates incomplete safety circuits or an error in connecting safety circuits. In this case, create a bridge on the safety automatic rescue board at its safety terminals between terminals ‘110’ and ‘DR2’. Test the automatic rescue operation again, and if the rescue process is not completed, the automatic rescue board must be brought in for maintenance at one of the company's service centers.

- If the automatic rescue board is functioning and the rescue operation is successful, inspect the connections of the safety circuits in the elevator control panel, ensuring they are correctly connected as per the automatic rescue board's user manual. Address any identified connection errors.

- Examine the safety circuits connected to the automatic rescue board in the elevator shaft ensuring they are completely closed, and repair any faults found.

 

  • If the preceding steps are executed and the issue persists, kindly reach out to our technical support team for assistance.
In the event of a power outage, the automatic rescue board fails to initiate the rescue operation, and the LEDs on the automatic rescue board are not functioning.

- Ensure the integrity of the fuse dedicated to the batteries on the automatic rescue board. Replace it with a new 2 A (Ampere) fuse if it is found to be faulty. If the fuse is confirmed to be intact, examine the batteries using a voltmeter to ensure their health. If a decrease in battery voltage is detected, charge the batteries.

- If the batteries are left for some time, and it is evident that they are not charging and their voltage does not increase, replace them with new ones. Test the automatic rescue operation, and if the rescue process is not completed, contact technical support.

- If the preceding steps are executed and the issue persists, kindly reach out to our technical support team for assistance.

In the event of a power outage, when the automatic rescue board begins the rescue operation, after validating the closure of the safety circuits and the operation of the stop magnet, the automatic rescue board fails to open the valve and move the elevator

- Measure the output voltage of the valve on the automatic rescue board at the valve's terminals ‘VAL+’ and ‘VAL-‘. The measured reading should be 12V DC. If there is no voltage output, bring the automatic rescue board to maintenance at one of the company's service centers.

- If voltage is present at the terminals and the valve doesn't open, verify the required voltage to open the rescue descent valve from it's technical specifications. If the output voltage matches the required voltage, review the rescue descent valve connections. If any errors are found, correct them and connect the rescue descent valve following the instructions in the user manual.

- If the preceding steps are executed and the issue persists, kindly reach out to our technical support team for assistance.

The lighting inside the elevator car is not operational during the automatic rescue operation

​- In this case, ensure that there is a 12V DC light bulb inside the elevator car designated for automatic rescue operation use only. If such a bulb is not present, provide and connect it inside the elevator car using a dedicated traveling cable for emergency lighting.

- If the bulb is available inside the elevator car , verify the emergency lighting output on the automatic rescue board by checking the illumination of the ‘D5’ LED. Measure the voltage on the lighting relay's terminals between the ‘+’ and ‘-‘ terminals. If the LED doesn't light up or there is no output on the relay's terminals, bring the automatic rescue board for maintenance at one of the company's service centers.

- Upon confirming the output on the automatic rescue board's relay terminals, inspect the wiring of the bulb in the elevator control panel and the traveling cable by measuring the voltage on the emergency terminal light blocks  in the elevator control panel and on the bulb. If there is no voltage on the bulb terminals, replace the connection terminals. If there is voltage on the bulb terminals, replace the bulb with a new one.
