The phase correction board is not functioning, and the ‘Error’ LED is illuminated in red

- This issue indicates a drop in one of the phases. It is essential to verify the voltage of the three phases at the elevator control panel input, with the voltage between each phase and neutral expected to be 220V AC and the voltage between the three phases at 380V AC. If a phase is identified as having a drop or repetition, contacting the electrical power company is necessary to address the problem.

- If there is no identified drop or repetition of any phase at the elevator control panel input, measure the voltage at the control board’s phase terminals. The readings should match those at the control panel input. In case of a decrease in phase voltage values or the occurrence of a phase drop, changing the connection terminals for that phase in the control panel is required.

- Once the voltage values at the phase correction board’s phase terminals are confirmed, bring the phase correction board for maintenance at one of the company's service centers.

- If the preceding steps are executed and the issue persists, kindly reach out to our technical support team for assistance.

The phase correction board does not correct the movement when the phases are reversed

- Review the board’s connections in the elevator control panel, and if any errors are found in the connections, they should be repaired and connected according to the instructions in the user manual.

- After confirming the correctness of the connections, observe the LEDs on the phase correction board. If the ‘Norm’ LED lights up in green, check the output of the movement correction relays with a multimeter. It should activate the buzzer sound between terminals ‘A1’ and ‘A2’ and ‘B1’ and ‘B2’. If the ‘Rev’" LED lights up in red, check the output of the movement correction relays with a multimeter. It should activate the buzzer sound between terminals ‘A1’ and ‘B2’ and ‘B1’ and ‘A2’. If there is no output for any of the relays, bring the board for maintenance to one of the company's service centers.

- If the preceding steps are executed and the issue persists, kindly reach out to our technical support team for assistance.
